We start by getting clear on what you need, then put a plan in place so everyone knows the direction. From there, we coordinate the work, keep things moving and make sure nothing gets lost along the way.
You’ll always know where things are at, what’s happening next and when we need something from you. We keep the technical jargon to a minimum, explain things clearly, and make sure nothing moves ahead without your sign-off.
Our standard project management rate is $120 per hour. For defined pieces of work, we can also provide fixed pricing so you know what to expect from the outset. Any extra work is scoped and approved with you before we begin.
