We like to keep things straightforward, open, and fair. These Terms of Trade lay out how we work with you, so we’re all on the same page from the start.
Before we get started, we’ll agree on what’s being done, when, and for how much. This is usually outlined in a proposal or quote.
If things change along the way (which is pretty normal), we’ll have a chat, make sure we’re aligned, and update the scope and pricing if needed. No surprises.
We’ll do our best to stick to agreed timelines and keep you in the loop as we go. In return, we ask that you provide feedback, content, and approvals in a timely manner to help keep things moving.
Prices are quoted in NZD and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
For most new builds or larger projects, we’ll invoice a 50% deposit upfront.
The final invoice is due when the project goes live or hits a final milestone.
Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
Late payments may delay your project and could incur extra costs — so let us know early if you hit a snag.
If you're supplying your own content, images, or logos, we’ll need those upfront to get started. If you'd like help with writing, photography, or sorting out the visuals, just let us know — we’ve got people for that.
We’ll make sure all final deliverables are tidy, functional, and ready to go live.
Once your final invoice is paid, any content we've created specifically for you — including website copy, photography, and branded design assets — is yours to keep and reuse however you like.
However, all our websites are built and run on the Turboweb platform — which we’ve developed and continue to improve in-house. While you own your content, the platform itself (including the code, structure, and functionality) remains the property of Turboweb. This means your website can’t be picked up and moved to a different platform or hosting provider.
We’re here for the long run, and we’re always happy to help you grow and evolve your site.
We don’t do support tickets. If you need help, just flick us an email or give us a ring. We’re real people and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Whether you need a quick update, training, or a big refresh, we’ve got your back.
We take care with everything we build, write, and deliver. But we can’t take responsibility for indirect or unexpected losses, or for third-party tools and services (like domain providers or outside plugins).
If something’s not working right, we’ll always do our best to sort it.
We’re not into fine print for the sake of it. If anything here doesn’t make sense or you want to talk it through, just reach out. We’re always happy to chat.
