Well, it looks like we're going to be at Alert Level 2 (or something like it) for a while yet. So, we've taken another look at how we're doing things in the office to make sure that our clients, our people, and our community are kept safe in the event that Delta does pop its head up down here in the South.
Here's how we're doing it:
Online meetings as a first choice. We'd love to see you to chat about your website plans. Our first choice is to have this meeting over Teams or Zoom, but we can arrange a face-to-face meeting if online meetings are a no-go for you.
Visitors by appointment only. Because we have an almost entirely open-plan office space, we'll have our meeting with you in our dedicated meeting room, to meet social distancing requirements. We'll book a time for our meeting so it doesn't clash with anything else.
Masks, please. We'll have our masks on when we meet with you, and can supply a disposable mask if you've forgotten yours. Do let us know in advance if you need a variation to this requirement.
Sign in. Just like everywhere else, we've got the NZ Covid Tracer QR poster displayed so you can check in using your phone, and a manual check-in slip to use if you've forgotten your device.
Flexible. Please do postpone our meeting if you're feeling unwell at all. It's no trouble at all to re-book or switch to online.
Adaptable. If you or your workplace have additional health and safety requirements or questions then we're happy to work with those as well. Just let us know!
