Jen Pearce

Digital Content Coordinator

Jen is our resident wordsmith. If you need someone to make some magic words happen, Jen will be able to help you out. Jen works with our team of writers, making sure you get the best out of your website – in terms of content. She also works with some of our clients managing their whole online presence; including social media, regular website updates, newsletters and news and event promotion.

Jen joined the Turboweb team in April 2017. She previously worked on the largest Facebook page in Australia, while working for Australian radio, and successfully ran online content competitions with the likes of ANZ. She’s experienced the thrill of trending nationally across Australia on Twitter, while working for Fox FM and has taken photos of some rather famous people including Heston Blumenthal, Jen Saunders, Michelle Bridges and Jessica Mauboy. She’s also worked with Australian Property websites, managing social media, website content and customer care, and knows first hand what it means to be a fledgling business carving an online presence in the marketplace.

Jen works closely with our clients to make sure they get the best out of their website content. She likes to find a nice balance between Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and customer satisfaction, which can often be a fine balancing act. She likes to keep it simple and use down-to-earth, conversational language, to be more inclusive to the wider spectrum of readers (and potential customers) out there. She realises it may be daunting to ask for testimonials, profiles or reviews, and thinks that’s where the Turboweb Content package really helps to take the pain away.

A big part of Jen’s role is to make online marketing as simple and easy as possible for her clients to achieve, leaving them to do what they do best – run their business. She enjoys being Content Co-ordinator at Turboweb, as she works so closely with so many businesses, she learns a lot about how they work and their company culture. Finding the ‘company voice’ can be something that is a challenging and rewarding experience.

Jen enjoys spending time with her young son, Harry, which usually revolves around his interests at this age; trips to the park, playground, walks and fluffies with the grandparents. She’s a bit of a foodie, yoga addict and black coffee drinker.
