Supreme Site Works

Supreme Site Works was established in 2011 and is a family owned and operated business in Southland that is part of the Phillips Group. Supreme Site Works specialises in work based around concrete and asphalt, predominately in silage pits & feed pads, driveways, paths, patios and carparks in both asphalt and concrete, excavation and preparation, foundations, and concrete retaining walls.

Jane, the Marketing Manager from the Philips Group, wanted a website for Supreme Site Works that was user-friendly, simple and easy to use. She wanted the website to concentrate on their projects as that’s an easy way for them to tell customers what they do. The service pages on Supreme Site Works also have a custom enquiry form so that anyone can easily get in touch from one of their service pages.

The Supreme Site Works website makes great use of the Gallery module, where it showcases a wide range of projects undertaken by the team at Supreme Site Works and gives people a good visual indicator of the quality of workmanship that the team can do. It gives great examples of some dairy work and driveways which is ideal for their target market.

The website has some great content around their services, with example images to paint a visual picture and a link to an enquiry form so that anybody interested fills in the right details from the start. The website is simple and clean, letting the images speak for themselves.

It has multiple contact details that are front and centre – on both the header and footer, making it really easy for visitors to the website to get in touch.

Turboweb have proved to be very transparent with costings, with no surprises, which we really appreciate.

Phillips Group had used the services of Turboweb to create a website for their new business, Invercargill Hire (iHire) that was established in July 2017. Turboweb were easy to deal with, helpful, very communicative and simplified the process significantly. Phillips Group had other website providers, however, the need for simple changes to be carried out in-house, proved to be difficult. This just isn’t the case with Turboweb. Changes and additions are easy and any problems or issues that arise can be easily dealt with over the phone.

Our main concerns have been around the lack of knowledge regarding the ins and outs of designing and building a website. We have been learning a lot along the way, with the support of the team at Turboweb. Another concern was any ongoing costs.

From the initial meeting, throughout the process of design and support, we were made to feel at ease. The website provides the perfect platform for our customers to source all the information they require and this information can easily help them make a decision on whether to proceed with a project or contact a member of the team.
