Jen is our resident wordsmith. If you need someone to make some magic words happen, Jen will be able to help you out. Jen works with our team of writers, making sure you get the best out of your website – in terms of content. She also works with some of our clients managing their whole online presence; including social media, regular website updates, newsletters and news and event promotion.
Jen joined the Turboweb team in April 2017. She works closely with our clients to make sure they get the best out of their website content. She likes to find a nice balance between Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and customer satisfaction, which can often be a fine balancing act. She realises it may be daunting to ask for testimonials, profiles or reviews, and thinks that’s where the Turboweb content team really helps to take the pain away.
A big part of Jen’s role is to make online marketing as simple and easy as possible for her clients to achieve, leaving them to do what they do best – run their business. She enjoys her role as she works so closely with so many businesses, she learns a lot about how they work, what makes them succeed, and their company culture. Finding the company voice can be something that is both a challenging and rewarding experience.
Jen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, particularly her young son, Harry. Her weekends usually revolve around the family farm and Harry's interests at this age; LEGO, trips to the park, playgrounds, walks and fluffies with the grandparents.
