Buyer Beware: The Murray Ayson Story
The site was reasonably successful until, unfortunately, it was hacked by parties unknown and had some rather nasty code "injected" into it. This code caused Murray's potential customers to see and be spammed with links to other, quite random websites.
After Murray was alerted to the problem he attempted to contact his web designer who was unable to help. The designer sent him off chasing the hosting company who turned out to be based in Norway. After weeks of futile effort Murray decided that he needed someone who could "just get it all sorted" and offer ongoing, reliable, New Zealand-based help and support.
